Carey
Bell at Da Biscuit, letting everyone know
"The highway is my life, and the motel & hotel is my home". Bell
sat in on sessions in various south- and west- side blues clubs
in the fifties and sixties and even busked on Maxwell Street for
spare cash. He taught himself the bass to make himself more employable,
and has played both harmonica & bass with Muddy Waters, Willie
Dixon, John Lee Hooker, Earl Hooker, Robert Nighthawk, Eddie Taylor,
Lowell Fulsom and Jimmy Dawkins.

Lonnie
Shields bringing the crowd to thier feet.
Lonnie dedicated his show "to those who couldn't make it - Frank
Frost & Johnnie Taylor!" Lonnie

and long time home of another great lyricist, Sonny
Boy Williamson.
