In the shadow of the Cards winning the World Series lies another team of Champions! After all, when the dust settles, we’re also famous as a Blues Music town!

The  Champions I speak of - the Jeremiah Johnson band – recently won the St. Louis Blues Societies 2011 ‘Blues Challenge’ and are competing on a world stage next Feb. on Beale St., Memphis, TN! It’s called The International Blues Challenge, and last year’s IBC featured a record 110 bands, 82 solo/duo acts, and 32 youngsters representing 39 states as well as 13 countries from around the globe, so anyone in the world can compete….if they earn the right. (Ever notice how the U.S. almost always wins the World Series)
